These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 911bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino gaming platform accessible at 911bet.bio. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, sports betting, casino gaming, and customer support interactions.

These Terms are written in English. All communications, notices, and account-related correspondences will be conducted in English. Players accessing 911bet from Bangladesh acknowledge that these Terms are their sole contractual basis for use of the platform and supersede any prior oral or written representations.

To register and use a 911bet account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

1. You are at least 18 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement with no exceptions.

3. You are not acting on behalf of any other person, company, or organisation.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false eligibility information — including falsifying your date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending bonus balances.

Each player may hold only one active account on 911bet. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. 911bet employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and all associated balances, including bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus wagering, will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 911bet will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. All account registration information must be accurate and must match the details on your official identity documents. 911bet may carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) checks at any point during the account lifecycle. KYC checks may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to pass KYC checks may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until the process is completed satisfactorily.

911bet reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a period of twelve consecutive months. Prior to closure of an inactive account, 911bet will make reasonable efforts to contact the registered account holder at the email address on file. Any remaining real-money balance in an inactive account will be returned to the player's verified payment method before closure.

911bet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits which are outside 911bet's control. Any transaction that triggers AML review may be temporarily held pending investigation. 911bet cooperates fully with financial crime prevention requirements and may request source-of-funds documentation in connection with large or unusual transactions.

911bet does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are the player's responsibility. Unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Real-money balance is always used before bonus balance when placing bets, unless the player elects otherwise in Account Settings where that option is available.

Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. 911bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to cancel any bonus credited to an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. If a bonus is cancelled, any associated winnings that have not yet met the wagering requirement will also be forfeited.

Seasonal and event-based promotions — including those tied to BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and the ICC T20 World Cup — are offered at 911bet's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Players who have claimed a promotion that is subsequently withdrawn will retain any bonus already credited to their account, subject to the applicable wagering conditions at the time of claim.

All bets placed on the 911bet sportsbook are subject to the specific rules for the sport and market in question. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, 911bet's determination shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure described in these Terms.

Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager. 911bet reserves the right to correct any obvious pricing error. Bets placed on an obviously incorrect price may be voided at 911bet's discretion, in which case the stake will be returned to the player's wallet.

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network latency and data feed availability. 911bet cannot guarantee the acceptance of any in-play bet and is not liable for bet rejection due to technical issues, data feed delays, or market suspension. Events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules, which are available on request from 911bet support.

Casino game outcomes — including all slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and all live casino tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi — are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer dealing procedures. 911bet does not manipulate outcomes. In the unlikely event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned. The following actions are strictly prohibited on 911bet and constitute a material breach of these Terms. • Charge-backs: Initiating unauthorised charge-backs or payment reversals on deposits. Players who initiate charge-backs will have their accounts suspended pending investigation and may be held liable for the full amount charged back plus administrative costs.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate live casino or poker game outcomes in a manner that disadvantages 911bet or other players.
• Underage access: Attempting to register or use 911bet while under the age of 18, or knowingly facilitating access for an underage individual.

911bet employs a combination of automated fraud detection, manual review, and third-party verification services to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any of the above may have their winnings forfeited in full, their accounts permanently banned, and relevant details forwarded to law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities where applicable.

911bet reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame, receipt of a charge-back, or detection of prohibited conduct as described above.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, the player will not be able to log in, place bets, deposit, or withdraw during the suspension period. 911bet will endeavour to complete investigations within a reasonable time and will communicate outcomes to the player's registered email address. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released promptly.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 911bet support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, ensure that you have withdrawn all available real-money balance. Bonus balances that have not yet met the wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. 911bet will process closure requests within two business days of receipt of a written request.

Players wishing to self-exclude due to problem gambling concerns should refer to the Responsible Gaming section of these Terms and contact support to activate self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and result in the account being locked for the elected period. Self-excluded players must not attempt to open new accounts during their exclusion period; doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms and any winnings from a duplicate account opened during self-exclusion will be forfeited.
